Mailing & Delivery

  • Non-Registered Mail
  • Non-registered mail via Singpost is free for orders below $20, excluding bulky item(s) that will not fit into residential mailboxes. Bulky items are unable to be mailed by non-registered mail to prevent loss or damages. Courier delivery, at a subsidised rate of $10 (usual $15.00), will be applicable for bulky item(s) and orders.
  • Mailing duration is approximately 3-7 working days.
  • Item(s) will be mailed to your letter box. There is no mailing on weekends and public holidays.

If customers opt for Singpost Non-registed Mail, please note the following:

  • There is no tracking service
  • Seller will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items
  • There will be no refunds for any lost or damaged item
  • Of customers do not agree with the above, kindly opt for trackable service (courier delivery).

Courier Delivery

  • Free local courier delivery for orders above $100 unless otherwise indicated, from Monday to Saturday. For orders below $100, a delivery charge of $10 will be applicable for orders.
  • Delivery duration is approximately 2-5 working days. Delivery service is trackable.
  • We aim to deliver to as many places as we possibly can. However, due to certain restrictions, we are unable to deliver to the following places: Tuas Link, ST Kinetics, Changi Terminal 1-3 and all Boulevards, Resorts World Sentosa, Army Camps, Seletar Airport, Shipyards, Pulau Ubin, Country Clubs, Changi Cargo Complex, SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, ST Kinetics, Turf Club Avenue, Jurong Island, and any other offshore islands...

Baby Cot Delivery and Assembly

  • Baby cots purchased will be entitled to free delivery and assembly. Customer will be contacted for arrangement of the delivery and assembly. If customer fails to fulfill the arranged delivery date without informing us prior to the delivery date, a redelivery and reassembly fee of $50 will be charged.

Self Collection

  • You can collect your order from our office after you receive an email from us stating that it is ready for collection. Please allow 1 - 2 working days for the processing of your order.
